Regain your Confidence – With the help of body sculpting!
What is Non Surgical Body Sculpting ?
These treatments use various techniques to reduce or eliminate fat cells, tighten skin, and sculpt the body to achieve a more toned and defined look. They are typically performed using technologies such as lasers, ultrasound, radio frequency, or cryolipolysis. To qualify for most body contouring procedures, you must have a body mass index of less than 30. Non-surgical body sculpting treatments are considered safe and minimally invasive, with little to no downtime or recovery period.
Non-surgical body sculpting techniques can be classified into two categories: those that freeze fat cells and those that use heat to reduce fat in targeted areas. Both methods are generally considered safe for use in a variety of areas on the body such as upper arms, abdomen, thighs, buttocks, chin/neck and love handles. Freezing techniques, such as CoolSculpting, work by cooling fat cells to the point of destruction, while heat-based techniques, like SculpSure, use lasers or other energy sources to heat and destroy fat cells.
Once fat cells are destroyed through non-surgical body sculpting techniques, they will not regenerate. However, if weight is gained, the remaining fat cells in the treated area can expand. To maintain the results and sustain your new appearance, it is recommended to follow a healthy diet and exercise regimen to avoid weight gain.
Although minor changes may be noticeable after the first 1-2 treatments, most patients will typically require 4-6 sessions of non-surgical body contouring, spaced two weeks apart, in order to achieve their desired results. It’s important to consider individual differences.
What are the modalities of body sculpting?
Ultrasound cavitation is a cutting-edge technology that utilizes low-frequency sound waves to liquefy fat cells in specific areas of the body. This method is safe, rapid, and efficient in reducing fat deposits in regions such as the abdomen, hips, chin, arms, back, and thighs. Moreover, it promotes collagen production in the skin, which aids in reducing wrinkles while also toning and firming the skin for a more youthful look.
Laser Lipo is a commonly used non-surgical body sculpting technique that involves the use of laser energy to target stubborn fat cells. This technique is ideal for individuals seeking to address specific areas such as the abdomen or thighs without resorting to surgery or extended recovery periods. Laser lipo works by directing lasers at the targeted area, causing fat cells to be destroyed and then naturally eliminated from the body over time through urine or sweat. This treatment is generally considered safe, and visible results can often be seen after just a few sessions.
Radio frequency (RF) treatments are non-invasive techniques that employ radio waves to raise the temperature of the skin, encouraging the production of collagen, which can result in skin tightening, enhanced elasticity, and a reduction in common signs of aging, such as wrinkles and sunspots.
Vacuum therapy is a technique that involves applying suction cups to the targeted area to extract excess fluid from beneath the skin, thereby reducing puffiness caused by factors such as water retention. This therapy may also assist in promoting lymphatic drainage, further reducing puffiness while improving the overall appearance of the skin by increasing circulation in the treated area.
